Hydro cam follower ist fito to 4-stroke engines of Trabant 1.1 and Wartburg 1.3 and Barkas B1000-1 and many other car models made by VW or Audi.

If you can hear rattle for a while after starting the cold engine, mostly the hydro cam follower are worned out.
